We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Architect to join a global team. This role is ideal for a senior Oracle HCM specialist with key knowledge in Compensation and Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will also have expertise within integration strategy and solution design. Within this position you will play a strategic role in leading architecture and design decisions while collaborating with international stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Take a leading role within the architecture, design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Develop and implement scalable Oracle HCM strategies, particularly for Compensation frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilise expertise on compensation Models and adapt solutions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM solutions with a deep focus on compensation and Core HR modules
- Demonstrated experience working within a Global Delivery model
