Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Talent Management/ HCM Cloud compensation and Benefits modules.
- Lead client discussions independently and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technology solutions to business and management teams.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Talent Management/ HCM Cloud compensation and Benefits modules.
- Strong expertise with Redwood and VBCS.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
