We're Hiring: Oracle HCM Consultant / Test Manager
Location: Lewes or Chichester, UK
Model: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week
Type: Contract
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in Functional/E2E/Integration Testing on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Payroll
Strong knowledge of Payroll processes – this is essential
Hands-on experience in Core HR, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, and Payroll validation
Skilled in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case Prep, and Execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
