Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert in Absence Management with a strong understanding of integration points with Core HR and other HCM modules.
- Analyse business requirements and Change Requests to design solutions that meet requirements and add value
- Ability to confidently articulate issues, solutions and ideas to a variety of stakeholders at all levels, and have the confidence to challenge requirements, solutions, and designs where required
- Configure Oracle Absence Management to meet client needs, following best practices and governance standards.
- Actively participate in the sprint/scrum process, enabling the team to deliver the expectations of the sprint.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates, new features and industry best practices, in order to identify new functionality and evaluate its potential, with regards to implementing within WTW.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other business functions for integrations, reports, and data upload/conversion activities, as well as implementations of new modules and features
Qualifications
The Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong knowledge and configuration experience in Oracle Absence Management
- Proven ability to analyse requirements and define solutions that meet the clients needs
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, which can be tailored to the audience
- Familiarity with product development and testing processes.
- Experience working in a global delivery model or with international clients.
Preferred
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s) in Absence Management.
- Experience in multiple country implementation and practice of Absence Management
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle R12 Time and Labour
- Experience in other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management)
- Involvement in a full lifecycle implementation of Absence Management
- Knowledge and experiences of Scrum philosophy, rules, and practices.
- Experience in implementing Redwood across Oracle HCM modules
