About the Role:

As the Order Fulfilment coordinator, your role is to support the Order Fulfilment Manager and team to ensure successful, on time, delivery of customer orders and achievement of Order Fulfilment KPIs.

Ensure the needs of customers (External and Internal) are satisfied. The aim is to provide an excellent customer experience and to promote this ethos throughout the business.

What you’ll do:

• You will manage new customer orders and ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• You will communicate proactively with Sales teams and customers regarding any order delays or issues, providing timely updates and solutions.
• You will adjust and manage start dates and expected off-rent dates according to Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• You will monitor preventive maintenance and inter-warehouse transfer (IWT) purchase transfers, including intercompany orders, for smooth operations.
• You will oversee reservation orders, handle orders on credit hold, and act as the main point of contact for pre-shipment queries from sales to dispatch.
• You will participate in daily Production Team meetings to review ongoing orders, plan fulfilment activities, and escalate issues as necessary.
• You will investigate and resolve customer problems, supporting the Order Fulfilment Manager to meet KPIs and drive process improvements.
• You will monitor future orders, measure on-time delivery, and proactively promote business efficiencies across all order fulfilment activities.

What you’ll have:

• Flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent telephone manners; comfortable making and receiving calls.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a technical sales or service environment.
• Background in fast-paced, customer-focused roles.
• Proficient in English, with additional fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, or German preferred.
• Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (especially D365); able to work both independently and as part of a team.
