OT Cyber Security Specialist - 9+ Months- Freelance- London

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced OT Security Specialist to join an exciting project at a prominent FMCG client plant in the Netherlands

As the OT Security Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the clients operational technology systems.

This role will come with the opportunity to shape the OT security landscape from the ground up.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in OT security within manufacturing sites or environments
• Experience within manufacturing & automation/ industrial automation
• Factory automation experience would be a big plus
• Strong background in and experience of network security.
• Experience designing and implementing OT cybersecurity programs
• Familiarity iec 62443/ IACS
• Familiarity with NIST, NIS2, and other cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong network security background and analytical mindset
• Ability to turn a cyber security road map into deliverable plans to resolve identified vulnerabilities in OT security
• Strong background in and experience of network security.

Your Responsibilities:

Focus on: OT Cybersecurity Program development, Risk Management & Governance, Asset & Vendor Management, Security Tools & Infrastructure.

• Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive OT cybersecurity programme
• Set up and implement strategy, policies, SOP's, frameworks and technology
• Implement NIST/NIS2 standards and TCCC best practices
• Conduct firewall assessments, vulnerability reviews, and incident response planning
• Manage OT asset inventory, vendor access, and security tools (e.g. Defender for IoT)
• Define and track OT performance metrics for security and compliance
