Salary: £32,061 to £32,597 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled outdoor and educational activities to meet client aims and quality standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and legislative compliance through risk assessment and management.
- Build positive relationships with participants and group leaders to support personal development.
- Maintain and manage equipment and resources to agreed standards.
- Contribute to service improvement, new product development, and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and assist with contingency planning when needed.
This role is available on a permanent basis.

Enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check.
