Overview
The London Borough of Harrow is seeking an Outreach and Business Transformation Project Manager to lead key initiatives that support the Housing Needs service plan. About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of housing services, particularly homelessness, rough sleeping strategies, and outreach programmes within a local government context.
- Experience of business transformation principles, project management methodologies, and change management practices.
- Awareness of relevant legislation, policies, and statutory requirements affecting housing and social care services.
- Understanding of digital tools and technologies that support service delivery, including data analytics, CRM systems, online portals, and process automation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior managers and elected members.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus and drive change across multiple teams and partners.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for data analysis, reporting, and communication (e.g., Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms).
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and respond flexibly to changing service needs.
