Onboarding & Payroll Administ

• rationDrafting and sending out employment contracts and offer letters as follows: UK (FMs, SMs, BLs, DMs, and all Head Office roles), and EU (Stylists, Seasonal Stylist, FMs, SMs,
• BLs).Oversee Right to Work for all new joiners ensuring compliance and escalating concerns. (via Zinc). Including updating and maintaining the visa tracker by escalating concerns to the People Partner/Advisor. (via MySa
• ints).Creating and owning personnel files for new starters, ensuring all required documents are organised and
