LIV Golf was designed to expand the sport on a global level, bring new audiences to the game, create new value within the golfing ecosystem, and enhance the game’s societal impact far beyond the course through the League’s Impact & Sustainability efforts. In 2022, LIV Golf launched The International Series, which features 10 elevated events in world-class destinations. Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.
HISTORY
Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.

Role Overview
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Partner plays a key role in designing, delivering, and embedding people-related policies and programmes across the organisation. This role partners closely with leaders and employees at all levels to provide expert HR guidance and operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
You will act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, talent acquisition, relocation, health & safety, and HR compliance. The role has a strong focus on UK and US employment law
, data-driven decision making, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, scaling, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory & Generalist Support
Provide proactive and effective HR advisory support to managers and employees across all people processes, including:
Absence and health issues
Conduct, capability, and performance management
Partner with HRBPs on grievances and employee relations matters
Organisational change and restructuring
Partner with the business to support managers in building strong, compliant, and high-performing teams.
Create offer letters, manage data entry into HRIS and payroll software(s), and data cleansing/auditing across all platforms to ensure accurate employee data.
People Programs & Engagement
Assess company-wide people program needs using data analytics from multiple sources to inform and drive initiatives.
Lead monthly employee pulse surveys, acting as the subject matter expert for survey design, deployment, analysis, and reporting.
Drive action planning based on engagement insights and partner with leaders to implement improvements.
Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
Policies, Compliance & Governance
Own and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring alignment with current UK employment law and awareness of US employment regulations.
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, partnering with legal and key stakeholders to implement updates into HR systems, policies, and processes.
Act as the People & Culture lead on all employment law and compliance matters across the UK and US.
Design, prepare, and deliver compliance-related training and communications (e.g. harassment prevention, health & safety, ethics).
Communication & Change
Develop and maintain effective internal communication strategies to support global people programs and initiatives.
Create clear, engaging communications to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of HR programs and policies.
Support leaders through change initiatives with structured communication and people-focused solutions.
Experience & Background
Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist or People Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling global organisation.
Demonstrated success designing and delivering people programs across multiple HR disciplines.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business, Psychology).
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to US employment law strongly preferred.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing and implementing people programs, including compliance training.
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
Sound judgement and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
