Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for either a P&I Claims Director or Senior Claims Executive to join our Asia Pacific team based in the UK

.
As a P&I Claims Director you will manage high-volume and complex P&I claims, ensuring efficient resolution in line with policies. You will foster strong relationships with Members and brokers, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with other teams such as FD&D, Underwriting, and Loss Prevention. You will also support business development and contribute to the improvement of claims handling processes. A key aspect of the role is building a high-performing, inclusive team, while adhering to company policies and demonstrating professionalism. There will also be opportunities to travel to Asia as part of the role to visit our offices and Member
