About the Role:
This is a crucial role, which comes about due to growth within the Label Home team! It’s an exciting time to be on board as things grow and develop. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional support to Management. In this role, you will be responsible for extensive diary management for three of our Managers, utilising an effective reminder and bring-forward system to ensure managers are well-prepared for their meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include predicting and managing diaries proactively without the need for supervision, organising comprehensive worldwide travel arrangements, liaising with relevant suppliers in destination countries, and confirming proposed itineraries. Additionally, you will complete UK and foreign expenses on behalf of managers, compile all necessary travel documentation and information for travellers, and pre-book hotel rooms for trade fairs while coordinating group flights when necessary. You will also be responsible for coding invoices on behalf of managers or ensuring correct coding by their direct reports, along with performing various other administrative tasks to support the team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

About You:
You will be accountable for ensuring the seamless operation of our Senior Management team. Your extensive knowledge of electronic diary management and strong PC skills will be essential in this role. You will be assertive and able to use your own initiative to carry out tasks with minimal supervision. We are looking for personality, organisation and someone to bring excellent business acumen to this role.
You will work closely with senior managers and directors, handling all matters with the utmost confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. In our fast-paced environment, your ability to perform under pressure will be critical to your success. Your experience at the senior manager or director level will enable you to manage complex schedules and high-stakes tasks efficiently.
