Personal Assistant / Administrator
35 hours per week (flexible working arrangements)
£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
12 months fixed term contract
London, Wimbledon (hybrid working)
The role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide project, PA and administrative support to two Directors - People & Change Director (HR team) and Commercial & Marketing Director (Marcomms team) along with broader support for the directorates as required.
This is an important front-line support role and you will need to demonstrate proficiency in delivering all the key accountabilities as well as a general awareness of the work of the Directorates. You will have an opportunity to take your own initiative, operate proactively and take autonomous decisions.
As a PA, you will communicate with many senior stakeholders both internally and externally. It is vital to be able to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the departments.
