We’re on the lookout for a Paid Digital Lead to take charge of our clients paid media offering and help push our client’s agency into its next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll shape how paid media works across the agency - from strategy and innovation through to team development and commercial performance. You’ll lead a team of talented specialists working across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, TikTok and whatever exciting platform comes next.

You’ll also be a trusted voice for the biggest clients and a key player in winning and growing new business.

What you'll be doing...

Setting the direction for Paid Digital across the agency
Building, leading, and developing a high-performing paid media team
Creating smart, scalable strategies that drive growth and ROI
Owning commercial performance, resourcing, and forecasting
Playing a central role in pitches, audits, and upsell opportunities.
Driving experimentation, automation, and new platform adoption

Forming strong senior relationships with clients and internal leaders

What we're looking for...

Circa 6-7+ years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
Senior leadership experience within an agency
Hands-on expertise across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and TikTok
Strong commercial instincts and strategic thinking
A collaborative, confident leader who builds great teams
