We're seeking a skilled freelancer to join our Social Team to provide holiday cover from 11th - 19th September (ideally full time) with the potential to continue on for 1-2 days per week from 18th August through to the end of September to support during a busy period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting campaigns while collaborating with a passionate and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently build and manage complex, multi-channel, multi-market campaigns.
Use Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics to deliver results.
Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations ensuring smooth delivery and success.
Confidently explain campaign performance to clients with varying levels of digital knowledge.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign set-up, optimisation, and reporting.
Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to present insights clearly.
Deep understanding of performance optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Google Analytics and tracking setups.
Nice to have: B2B campaign experience, understanding of how Meta and Google apply to this space, and experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Project Scope & Duration:
Holiday cover from 11th - 19th September (full-time preferred), plus potential ongoing work 1-2 days per week from 18th August - end of September.
Day Rate: £300 per day (flexible)
Location & Workplace Policy: Based in Tunbridge Wells (outside London) - ideally hybrid but open to discussion.
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
