Paralegal with experience in
Credit Hire to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative environment, working on a varied caseload for high-profile clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Credit Hire claims, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling.
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents, including defences, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to ensure effective communication and case progression.
- Providing support to senior fee earners and contributing to team targets.
- Ensuring compliance with DWF’s standards and regulatory requirements
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in Credit Hire or a related legal area.
- A strong understanding of Credit Hire litigation processes and principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
