We are now looking for a Paralegal to join our fantastic franchising team based out of our Uxbridge office. The role will work closely with one of the partners who are extremely well regarded in their field. They specialise in advising franchisors, multi-brand franchisees and associations on all aspects of franchise law. Some aspects of the role are listed below;

Responsibilities include;

• Assisting on franchise sales generally to include setting up data rooms, helping with due diligence and more.
• General admin tasks – new entity/ new client etc and engagement letters for me to check before sending.
• Document production which includes drafting franchise agreements for clients for which we charge set fee to send out via Docu Sign (basically completing the client’s template) and working on other standard resales that involves working through established process under my partner supervision.
• Legal research.
