Make an Impact at RSM UK
RSM UK is currently recruiting for an experienced paralegal to work in the Dispute Resolution side of RSM UK’s In-House Legal team. This is an opportunity to experience a wide variety of work across a broad range of internal clients within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Researching on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
- Sharing know-how and training with the legal team and with relevant parts of the RSM UK business.
- Assisting Dispute Resolution colleagues in dealing with claims and regulatory matters.
- Assisting with responding to third-party requests for information and documents.
- Carrying out preservation of documents, disclosure exercises and document reviews.
- Supporting the team with management reporting.
What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role within a professional services or corporate legal environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, conduct legal research, and draft effective correspondence and legal documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with care and diligence.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to relate well to a range of people in different situations.
- Communicates effectively – being clear, concise and precise in verbal and written correspondence.
- Ability to plan workload, prioritise demands and display flexibility, juggling a variety of matters of varying complexity and urgency.
- Ability to take ownership of and to deliver tasks within time frames as required.
- Natural curiosity and desire to get to the bottom of things with a strong desire to improve and develop.
