Paralegal – Corporate or Real Estate Background

An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in either corporate or real estate law to step into a varied and high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the General Counsel on a range of legal matters
• Support real estate financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and NDAs
• Manage legal processes related to the acquisition and disposal of assets
• Liaise with external counsel to support ongoing legal work

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently working in a fast-paced corporate or real estate team, either in-house or in private practice
• Looking to broaden their experience and gain exposure to deals at a senior level
