Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and procurement agreements across logistics, freight, and technology.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, and M&A activities, including due diligence and transactional documentation.
• Assist with property transactions and documentation.
• Maintain organised legal records, databases, and case files.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the legal team.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to address legal and compliance matters.
• Contribute to the development of legal tech tools and resources, including contract playbooks.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years’ paralegal experience, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, express services, or shipping
• Solid understanding of contract law and negotiation within a logistics environment
• Strong organisational, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• English Law degree/Graduate Diploma in Law and, ideally, a Legal Practice or Bar Vocational Course/equivalent or a Paralegal Qualification.
