Paralegal (Commercial)

Our client is a property brand providing services across multiple regions worldwide. The company delivers a broad range of specialist advisory, management, and transactional services to clients globally. They are seeking a paralegal to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and help negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements relating to the purchase of services and supplies.
• Handle confidentiality arrangements and provide assistance with contract-related elements of tender and supplier selection processes.
• Provide support to the legal team’s administration function and assist the Data Protection Officer when needed.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships across the legal team and the wider group, ensuring smooth and timely communication.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Paralegal qualification or legal qualification (solicitor or equivalent).
• Demonstrable paralegal experience post-qualification (around three years or more), ideally gained within an in-house legal team.
• Strong track record of working with procurement and supplier/service agreements in a commercial environment.
