Our prestigious and leading Law firm is looking to take a Commercial Property / Real Estate Paralegal. Our client who are seeking a motivated Commercial Property / Real Estate Paralegal to support their busy and high-performing Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience with quality work and develop within a dynamic, growing department.

Responsibilities of the job

Support fee earners with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing.
Prepare and review standard documents such as licences, lease drafts, reports on title, searches and enquiries.
Manage due diligence tasks, obtaining title documents, conducting searches, preparing CP checklists and monitoring key dates.
Handle post completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.

Maintain clear communication with clients, agents and lenders, providing regular updates and progressing matters efficiently.

Job and person specification

Proficient working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong understanding of Land Registry processes, titles and property documentation.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
