Description

A leading global organisation is seeking a high-performing Paralegal to support its Legal team with corporate governance and entity management across a multi-jurisdictional group.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, registers, and organisational charts
Manage entity compliance calendars and coordinate statutory filings (annual reports, licences, franchise taxes)
Support board and shareholder meetings, including drafting agendas and resolutions
Assist with entity lifecycle matters: formations, qualifications, restructures, dissolutions, and name changes
Liaise with Legal, Tax, Finance, and external corporate secretarial providers
Maintain and update entity management systems and legal documentation
Support audits, due diligence, and internal compliance requests

Candidate Requirements

6+ months’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Hands-on entity management experience is essential
Strong academic background with good grades
