From the outset, you will work closely with Legal 500-recognised partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on experience, training and mentoring to develop the requisite skills and technical excellence.

Our property team is known for its breadth of expertise, approach-ability and commercial insight.

You can expect exposure to:

• Residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
  
• High-quality, often complex matters requiring attention to detail and commercial awareness
  
• Direct client interaction and collaboration with agents, lenders and other advisers
  

Qualifying into Private Client Law at B P Collins

Our Private Client team is highly regarded for its technical excellence and empathetic approach. Qualifying into this practice offers the chance to work on intellectually stimulating matters that have real impact on clients’ lives together with further opportunity to become STEP qualified.

You will gain experience in:

• Wills, trusts and estate planning
  
• Probate and estate administration
  
• Tax and succession planning for individuals and families
