The Role
Responsibilities
As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to the Principal Lawyer - Planning, Regeneration & Property and the wider legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
- Supporting the team in managing a diverse caseload
- Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in law, particularly in the area of Planning, Regeneration & Property
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
While previous experience in a legal environment would be advantageous, it is not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm are key attributes we are looking for.
