Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and modify parametric 3D models using industry-standard software
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to produce innovative objects and architectural elements
  • Ensure design feasibility and compliance with necessary standards
  • Evaluate and test designs to meet project specifications and requirements
  • Create technical drawings and documentation to communicate design intent to manufacturing teams
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, software, and technologies in the industry
  • Work on various residential projects from planning to construction stage under the guidance of the project lead
  • Coordinate design activities, project management tasks, and construction-related responsibilities
  • Develop construction detail drawings and contribute to design coordination efforts
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D modeling (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper or SketchUp)
  • Candidate with extensive experience in Revit will be considered in advance.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Industrial Design, or Completion of RIBA Part II or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D parametric design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of parametric design principles, design for manufacturing, and product development processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly creative with strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
