This is a great opportunity for you to join the Parks and Green Spaces service in Bristol, we provide a vital free resource to Bristol citizens, important for the good health and wellbeing of every community by providing children’s play, games areas, formal parks, nature reserves
In this role you will oversee the day to day running of the play team, who carry out inspections and repairs of 149 playgrounds and games areas across the city as well as Hengrove Play Park a destination play park in South Bristol.
You will oversee the inspection and repair programme for play equipment and ensure it is carried out timely and recorded accurately using databases.
You will oversee the day to day running of Hengrove Play Park including a one-of-a-kind play dome and a new water splash pad.
You will also work closely with the project delivery team to ensure funds are spent wisely based on data collected and that Bristol’s strategic vision for play is delivered.
