We are looking for a Part Time Accommodation Administrator to join our team in Northwood.

One of our flagship contracts is with the Ministry of Defence at a major base near Watford – a complex, high-profile environment where we provide a full range of hard, soft, and technical FM services. We’re now seeking a Part Time administrator to join a dedicated administration Helpdesk and Accommodation administration team
What You’ll do :
- Ensure all data is updated and completed in the accommodation booking System
- Make sure all new permanent staff with accommodation bookings are sent a copy of the Accommodation Guide along with their booking reference
- All booking to be completed within 24hrs from when they are received via email
- Monitor the return of keys for transit bookings and request this
- Book in all out musters for the cleaners and take them the in-muster forms
- Make sure all new permanent staff complete an in-muster form
- To be cover for the helpdesk when needed (training will be given)
- To log all new accommodation requested via the CAFAM system and close when completed
What You’ll bring to the role :
- Great customer facing experience
- Experience of dealing with customers at various levels of seniority/ranks
- A multi-tasker
- Competent in MS Office - able to pick up new software quickly
- Team Player
- Able to gain MoD SC security clearance
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
