We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, supplies, and services
- Liaise with suppliers, cleaners, contractors, and landlords
- Monitor utilities, security, and compliance with workspace standards
Health & Safety (H&S)
- Maintain and update H&S policies and documentation
- Schedule risk assessments and ensure legal compliance
- Organise staff training and workplace inspections
Corporate Governance
- Support Directors with statutory obligations and reporting
- Maintain registers, declarations, and key company documents
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
Process Documentation
- Maintain process manuals, records, and compliance checklists
- Coordinate audits and ensure documentation is audit-ready
- Track corrective actions and support continual improvement initiatives
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Experience in at least one of the listed areas (facilities, H&S, governance, or Process Documentation)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 27001, or similar standards is desirable
