Part Time - Dental Nurse - Bedale

Role: Qualified Dental Nurse - Windmill & Alpha Bedale

Location: Mawson House, Bedale DL8 1AW

Position: Part-time 16 hours per week (Days to be discussed during interview)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Mawson House in Bedale DL8 1AW. This is a part-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £13.25 to £13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dental team in delivering high-quality dental care to patients
• Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, ensuring equipment is sterilised and ready for use
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Ensure patient records are accurately maintained
• Offer support and reassurance to patients
• Adhere to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations
• Carry out reception and administrative duties when required
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Dental Nurse
• Valid GDC registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., R4)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice
