About the Role:
Bluebird Care Wakefield & Kirklees is looking for a
Field Care Supervisor to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is
caring, compassionate, and organised, with strong communication skills.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help ensure the highest quality of care is delivered by supporting and supervising our dedicated team of care assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out spot checks and medication audits to maintain quality standards
- Supervise care assistants and ensure policy compliance through monthly reviews
- Support and mentor team members to help them thrive
- Perform customer reviews to ensure satisfaction with care services
- Deliver hands-on care when needed due to sickness or absence
- Participate in on-call support (1 in 3 weekends)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of care experience (required)
- Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Friendly, supportive, and compassionate nature
- Flexibility to support on-call duties
