Meet your Manager: We’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running, build strong relationships with GP practices across Scotland - making sure our users understand how to use Accurx, but also love using it. What I love most about working in the Implementation Team is the opportunity to make a real difference to how GP practices work and communicate every day. This role will be part of our GP team, helping drive change in practices that are just beginning their innovation journey. -

The Unique Challenges You'll Solve
You'll be:
- Getting brand new users to Accurx in Scotland using the product in their GP practice and loving it
- Visiting 2 or 3 Scottish practices each day, understanding their challenges to using Accurx and helping them overcome these
- Creating playbooks for how we onboard at scale in future in Scotland, ensuring time to value is low, and the customer experience unparalleled
What We're Looking For
We need a Part Time Implementation Manager (12 month FTC) in Scotland who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We're seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact. We would like this person to join on a part time basis, aprox 3 days a week (however we can discuss how this is split) and is for a 12 month FTC.
Core Skills
- Someone who can build relationships with different types of stakeholder very quickly
- Someone who can create and deliver training plans for end users
- Project management experience
- Adaptability and ability to problem solve on the spot
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
Core experience we’re looking for:
- Experience working with or in the NHS in any nation
- Have led or been involved in digital change management
Nice to have:
- Has experience as a Clinician or Practice Manager
