Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Viewing Negotiator located in either Cheltenham, Gloucester or Tewkesbury. The Negotiator will be responsible for managing client interactions , conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the property market and sales processes
- Experience in property viewings and conducting property sales
- Proficiency in using technology and online tools for property sales management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or experience in real estate or a related field are advantageous
