Part-time Tax Manager

JSS are hiring for a Part-time Tax Manager for a leading leisure company based on the Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire border.

This is a newly-created permanent part-time role on a 2 day per week basis (or similar).

The position comes with a salary of circa £70k-£90k pro-rata.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Tax Manager will look after all taxes that affect the company with the support of finance colleague and external tax advisors.

This will include corporation tax, VAT, employment taxes etc and will be a mix of some hands-on compliance, effective management of outsourced compliance, tax project work (i.e. BEPS Pillar 2) and providing advice to senior leadership on tax issues.
