Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in life sciences consulting, with a strong track record in both market access and commercial strategy.
- Deep understanding of the European and UK healthcare landscape, payer environment, and HTA processes.
- Proven ability to lead and grow client relationships at senior levels.
- Experience building and leading consulting teams, with a collaborative and coaching leadership style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the vision and drive to shape and grow a new market presence.
- Strong academic background; advanced degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field preferred.
