About The Role
Partner Office looks after PwC UK partners and former partners. Our team of c.70 comprises a group of specialists in the areas of admissions, personal tax and financial planning, coaching and development, income, annuities, career transition, mobility, benefits, and the legal administration of being a partner. We bring our collective expertise to our partners as well as other internal and external stakeholders. The team is based across our London (Embankment Place) and Reading offices.
Due to the nature of our work, our projects often span across our various areas and there are many opportunities to develop in areas outside of your own within the Partner Office team, but also through interactions with other parts of the firm e.g. the People Teams in Business Solutions, LoS leadership teams, Management Board, Supervisory Board etc.

The Partner Development and Coaching team, part of Partner Office, seeks a Senior Manager to lead aspects of the partner development curriculum. This full-time role, based in London at Embankment Place, offers flexible working but also considers part-time applicants with the right expertise. Candidates must possess strong project management, design, facilitation, and coaching skills, and be adept at engaging with senior partners and board-level stakeholders. The position requires travel for Partner Development events, which may sometimes involve overnight stays due to evening events or multi-day offsite functions. The role is pivotal in advancing partners' career growth and development.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead and manage partner development programs, overseeing design, processes, and delivery.
- Guide the "Leading in the New Equation" curriculum to foster required skills and culture.
- Maintain business relationships crucial for program design and impact assessment.
- Develop content through in-house creation and external collaborations within timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate various partner development programs, offering peer-coaching expertise.
- Support marketing efforts for development curriculum and coaching, including creating materials and promoting sessions.

- Background in senior leadership development and coaching, with strategic planning expertise.
- Confident communicator with partners and board members, possessing credibility and depth.
- Skilled in designing impactful blended learning interventions and facilitating senior-level audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with OD/Leadership Team intervention experience.
- Builds strong working relationships with external partners, co-creating development programs.
- Possesses a solid business background, understanding PwC’s priorities and demonstrating commercial acumen.
- Innovative mindset for evolving team offerings, handling ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
