This role exists to build connection, confidence, and consistency across our Independent Sales Consultant (ISC) community.
You’ll design, implement, and continuously evolve our ISC communications strategy, shaping how a diverse network of sellers engage with Teya, adopts information, and feels part of a professional, high-performing community.
From day-to-day communications and enablement content to events and conferences, you’ll own how our ISC community experiences Teya, driving stickiness, retention, and long-term performance.
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of community, enablement, marketing, and operations.

ISC Community & Communications Strategy
You’ll design, implement, and continuously evolve our ISC communications strategy, creating a clear, intentional approach to how we engage a diverse community of sellers.
- Defining a communication rhythm across email, WhatsApp, announcements, launches, and events.
- Segmenting and adapting messaging for different ISC personas and stages.
- Setting principles for tone, format, and channel use to drive adoption and trust.
