About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Growth Technical Executive to join the partner success squad, whose mission is to create solutions for our retail partners to better support their business needs. This position is responsible for managing the technical support across our long tail partner relationships to ensure up-time and, where possible, implement key optimisations to drive growth and overall partner performance. You will be the go-to person for a range of retailers with the aim to assist in troubleshooting any issues and be the internal advocate for their requests.

You will be working with an engineering squad that manages the maintenance of Lyst partners. You will be responsible for addressing issues with their integration using tools built by our internal team.

• Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing or customer service for a retailer
• Self-starters who thrive while working on their own as well as contributing to team goals
• Excellent technical support skills as you will be managing complex relationships of varying size
• Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as presentation experience - you will be communicating and troubleshooting with our partners so you must be comfortable working with senior level partners
• Great organisational and process management skills to manage and prioritise a range of requests from numerous partners at one time
• Experience using Jira, Excel, Looker, or other similar tools
• Comfortable with learning new technical concepts and systems
• A love (or at least high regard) for fashion 

• Our Ways of Working: We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days. We believe that in person collaboration and community spirit is important, which is why we spend some of our time in the office and some of our time at home
• Time Off: In addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays, you will receive 29 holidays per year. Lyst's holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March
