Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you work in a team that oversees EFG’s global portfolio of brand sponsors. You work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.

This position will be based in [location] and reports to a Director while directly supporting Senior Manager(s).

Role Requirements:

• Day-to-day internal lead on assigned accounts, understand our partners’ KPIs, go-to-market strategy, and category trends
• Assist in succinctly communicating partner strategy, KPIs, and initiative(s) progress to direct leadership and internal stakeholders

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate stressful situations with empathy
• Ability to contribute to and lead workstreams and projects as assigned
• Adept at identifying collaborators and building relationships with key stakeholders using emotional intelligence and business acumen to effectively communicate
• Ability to gather data and provide recommendations internally

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or, marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar position or capacity
• An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel, both domestic and international
