Job Description
Sage is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and support our technology partners in the rapidly growing embedded services field. This role is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer with a strong background in B2B software or technology partner marketing and demand generation.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive market share and revenue growth and partner success by developing and executing integrated marketing programs with Sage’s technology partners. You will be responsible for creating joint marketing plans, executing co-marketing campaigns, fostering partner relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across all initiatives.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week from our London Office.

Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement partner marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Sage’s growth objectives and partner needs.
- Drive differentiated, partner-focused messaging and content for target audiences, including CXOs, developers, and other key personas.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities such as digital campaigns, events, and content creation (blogs, whitepapers, social media, brochures, etc.).
- Manage and report on campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, optimize activities, and ensure the effective management of budgets and ROI.
- Build and nurture strong partner relationships, serving as the main marketing contact and consultant for assigned partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, alliances, performance marketing) and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
- Champion Sage's brand guidelines and governance in all partner-led marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed of partner products and market positioning to drive effective collaboration and relationship depth.
Skills & Experience;
- Experience in B2B partner marketing, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Proven expertise in demand generation, campaign strategy, and execution.
- Strong project management skills with a record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a variety of co-marketing assets and drive event strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms to track and interpret results, providing actionable optimization recommendations.
