As a Partner Sales Lead with Syndeo, you will be pivotal in driving Syndeo’s go-to-market partner strategy. Acting as the primary point of contact for key partners, you will enable, develop and manage these relationships to develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, partner enablement skills and a sales mindset to succeed.

 

Acting as a sales specialist augmenting partner account management and new business development teams, you will bring knowledge and expertise of the Syndeo solution and value proposition to identified prospects and leads.

 

Given that you will be working within a team, you must have good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. Your style is to get things done with minimum friction and to respond rapidly when called on. You will be a logical thinker, meticulous and professional.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Partner Enablement: Train and equip partners with the knowledge, tools and support needed to sell Syndeo’s solutions; Develop co-branded enablement materials, including pitch decks, demos and case studies.
  • Sales & Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a sales pipeline of opportunities through partner collaboration, resulting in the closure of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) deals; Drive joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-selling and account mapping; Identify and pursue prospects to develop direct leads, which may be brought to the relevant partner channel for fulfilment; Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and realistic forecasting through CRM tools; Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the partner ecosystem by introducing additional services and features, driving additional revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of goals and regular communication; Develop and execute partner success plans to drive account growth and retention; Foster trust and collaboration with partners’ sales and technical teams; Work closely with Syndeo’s marketing, product development and customer success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop strategic account plans.

 

Skills and experience required include

  • 7+ years’ experience in the CX, CCaaS or contact centre domain.
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role, ideally in a partner environment.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with technology and services partners.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and the enterprise sales process.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and articulate Syndeo’s Conversational AI solutions to partners.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing partnerships with organisations like Orange, Five9s, Genesys and 8x8.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and closing deals with enterprise accounts via partner sales.
  • Familiarity with joint go-to-market planning and co-selling.
