Partnership Account Manager

As Partnership Manager you will be responsible for the daily management and optimisation of HBSUKs partners. You will be responsible for ensuring all SLAs are met to enable the delivery of excellent customer service and outcomes. You will act as a key liaison between our partners and internal teams, including operations, product and finance. You will work within a standard Governance Framework. You will assist the Partnership Director in the identification and onboarding of new Business Partners and growth opportunities with existing partners

Essential Criteria;
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g Business, Healthcare Management)
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in an account management, relationship management or operations management role.
- Ability to demonstrate an ability to manage contracts within agreed governance structures and frameworks.
- Experience contracting with and procuring new suppliers to fill a known gap in service.
- Experience managing disputes with suppliers
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and preparing performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A good understanding of operational processes and service delivery
Desirable;
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING
- Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
EXPERIENCE
- Experience working directly with imaging providers or within pathology services
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and governance within the UK
OTHER JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS
- Able to travel in the UK as required
Within this position, you will mainly be;
Issue Resolution & Escalation:
- Proactively identify, escalate, and work towards effective resolution of any operational or performance issues with diagnostic providers. Including liaison with suppliers when complaints or incidents are identified.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Product, IT, Clinical) to address challenges swiftly and minimise impact on service delivery.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all assigned partners.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure partners are consistently meeting agreed targets.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with key contacts within diagnostic provider organisations.
- Conduct regular review meetings with partners to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Supporting the Director of Partnership with the delivery of the Partnership Governance framework, including ensuring all records and meeting minutes, between HBSUK and Partners are complete and accurate.
Identifying Future Needs:
- Continuously assess the capacity and capabilities of existing partners against current and projected service demand.
- Identify potential gaps or needs for additional diagnostic providers and proactively liaise with the Director of Partnerships to explore new partner opportunities.
- Supporting the Director of Partnerships to onboard new clients and run tenders, RFI’s and RFP’s
Internal Team Support:
- Provide support and guidance to internal HBSUK teams regarding partner capabilities, processes, and service delivery specifics.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal departments and external partners.
- Working closely with our governance team to support any internal and external audits
