Summary of the Partnership and Product Manager role
As the Partnership and Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading business, project and product activities to ensure stakeholders and customer expectations are met throughout the commercial lifecycle of a product.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with customers and delivering service in line with our company values.
- Working closely with the commercial team to understand customers business and priorities to ensure we deliver the best service for commercial products.
- Ensuring three-year demand forecasts are in place for assigned products to support internally processes.
- Monitoring progress, scope and budget of assigned products and raise scope change as required.
- Developing product strategies for Sterling and its customers, whilst planning in collaboration with other departments.
- Owning the forecast, schedule and tracking of product readiness to manufacture of products, and acting as a key customer point of contact for the product once in routine manufacture.

Requirements For The Role
- Degree in chemistry, business or related subject.
- Experience in the process industry, preferably cGMP, or experience in business development, sales, marketing or customer service.
- Experience of working in and preferably leading multi-disciplined and results oriented teams with the ability to motivate.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate as needed.
- Proven understanding of R&D, operations, cGMP and HSE issues and their impact on product development and manufacturing.
