Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for partnership growth and a sharp eye for commercial insight? We’re looking for a Partnership Strategy Manager to join a globally recognised lifestyle brand, working at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and consumer products.
This is your chance to step into a pivotal global role within the Lifestyle Consumer Products Division, encompassing categories from Food & Beverage to Health & Beauty and Home & Gift. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop both business-level and partner-level strategies to unlock mutual growth.
- Own yearly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting, transforming data into clear commercial direction.
- Maintain and grow international partner relationships, aligning on goals and needs.
- Oversee strategic elements of product development, including range planning, pricing, and retailer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on partner research, pitch decks, campaign planning, and budget prioritisation.
- Lead insights reporting with Finance and support contract development with Legal.
- Manage and mentor a Product Manager, ensuring high standards in brand execution and communication.
What We’re Looking For
- A commercially driven strategist with 10+ years in partner relationship management.
- Proven experience building and executing global partnership strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen with a track record in managing budgets.
- Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and global perspective—additional languages a plus.
