About Bloomsbury Football
Bloomsbury Football is a registered charity using the power of football to change the game for young people. Through our programmes, we provide access to high-quality football to thousands of children across London every week.
We’re scaling faster than any other sport-for-good charity in the UK, building a sustainable model that blends charitable fundraising with revenue-generating football programmes. Our goal is to ensure that every child can experience the transformative power of the game, and we’re on track to impact over 20,000 young people by 2028.
About the Role
The Partnerships Lead will play a key role in growing Bloomsbury Football’s partnerships income stream in line with our 2028 goals, working closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and Director of Fundraising. Corporate partnerships currently generate £1 million of our £3.5 million annual fundraised income - a £600,000 increase year-on-year - reflecting the huge potential in this area.
The postholder will be a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, delivering exceptional account management while actively securing new partnerships. They will steward a diverse portfolio of partners, from global brands to fast-growth businesses, ensuring outstanding service, strategic alignment, and inspiring opportunities.
They will also support key external meetings alongside the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and Director of Fundraising, with the view to taking ownership of their own portfolio over time. The Partnerships Lead will also collaborate with our Digital team to embed AI-driven tools that enhance prospect research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, high-impact charity and play a pivotal role in unlocking new revenue and deepening partnerships that help transform young lives across London and beyond.
