Partnerships Manager - Marketing & Events

This exciting and hugely varied Partnerships Manager role working for a global network of Marketing & Advertising professionals – offering insight, training, events, networking and knowledge sharing to their professional members.

The focus of the role is to support the Head of Partnerships and account manage Global Partner relationship and projects – Clients range from global tech giants to smaller independents.

The Association prides themselves in doing work with a real purpose.

This is a fully remote role, with regular events and socials in London (2-5 times a month as needed).

The Role

• To work alongside key personnel to ensure the continued success and growth of the partnership programme, sourcing, securing and managing high-level relationships and partnerships.
• Account management of key partners with an interest in becoming more commercial and qualifying leads, building our pipeline (50%).
• End-to-end event management of bespoke partner event as well as project management of content curation.
• Program Management of a variety of Leadership Programmes.
• Management of our annual award campaign and annual dinner.
• Support the leadership team where required on all activity both in the UK (and internationally where required and as part of the global partnerships).

The Person

• Ideally at least 2-3 years working in a Partnerships / Account Management / Client Services role (in-house or agency).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A consistent hard worker, driven by targets and keen to face challenges head on.
• A proactive attitude and demonstrates good use of initiative when handling on tasks – thinks five steps ahead.
• Able to remain calm under time pressure.
• Organised and an ability to multitask whilst maintaining an acute attention to detail.
• A team player, able to work independently and as part of a larger group.
• Passionate and enthusiastic.
• Desirable - Moderate knowledge of Salesforce.
