Job Title: Senior Specialist – Partnerships (Maternity Cover)

Term: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Remote or office-based, London (with occasional travel)

Reports to: Vice President, Partnerships

Role Summary

We are seeking a maternity cover for mid-level role in the Partnerships team. This fixed-term position supports the commercial and activation functions within the partnerships department, delivering administrative coordination, partner servicing, and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Support & Coordination

• Assist with day-to-day partner communication
• Support execution of partnership activation plans and campaigns
• Track contract deliverables and contribute to reporting

2. Event & Tournament Support

• Coordinate logistics for partner activations at events
• Assist on-site with servicing and hospitality
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

3. Sales & Research Support

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Help create presentations, proposals, and sales decks
• Maintain inventory records and internal databases

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sports, events, or marketing preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A passion for sport is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
