Vertu Ford Stoke have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate
Salary: £26,000 basic + excellent company benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting trade customers by responding to parts enquiries via phone and online
- Accurately identifying vehicle parts based on customer needs
- Using current promotions and offers to meet sales goals
- Looking for opportunities to offer relevant additional products
- Keeping your knowledge current with bulletins, updates, and training
- You don’t need to have worked as a Parts Advisor before, but experience in the motor industry is essential
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence working with systems and catalogues to find the right solutions
