We are offering a basic salary of £29,000 plus company benefits!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm (as per rota)
About The Role
This role is not customer-facing – you’ll be focusing on processing parts orders, managing inventory information, and supporting trade customers via phone and online systems.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by:
- Handling trade parts enquiries and orders through phone and digital platforms
- Accurately identifying parts to match order requests
- Making the most of current promotions and offers to meet sales targets
- Spotting opportunities for additional sales
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date through training, bulletins, and manuals
