Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator to support our production and quality teams. You will play a key role in managing non-conforming and subcontract components, ensuring they are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within our ERP system (Epicor). Your work will directly support production continuity and operational efficiency, making a meaningful impact across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Log and manage non-conforming parts using the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process, including quarantine, resolution, and supplier communication.

• Maintain accurate records and traceability in Epicor, including stock transfers, inventory adjustments and cost recovery.

• Coordinate returns to suppliers and support subcontract component administration, ensuring timely system transactions.

• Work closely with procurement, production and quality teams to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Support general parts administration, including warehouse queries and deputising for the Service Parts Coordinator when required.

You'll likely have:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and quality management processes

• Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001 or similar)

• Strong communication and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure

• Previous experience in quality assurance or parts administration is desirable
